Our inagural debut of Tansy Pinot Grigio pulls from vineyards throughout the best Californian appellations that practice organic and sustainable farming.  Taste-wise, you can find fruits like meyer lemon, crisp bosc pear, tangy pixie tangerine, and a river rock minerality that imparts a smooth mouthfeel.

There is a lot of versatility with pairing! Enjoy as an aperitivo or team with an array of cuisines from freshly shucked oysters to pasta and poultry.
