Tansy produces a family of wines that showcase our favorite varietals grown in California, starting with unique aromatic varietals of Italy. We have a bias towards wines that tell the story of the land and climate where the grapes are grown, and come from farmers that practice responsible, sustainable, organic farming. We adhere to an ethos of light-handed winemaking which means there are no additives or enhancers. You get all the goodness!
Meyer lemon, crisp bosc pear and tangy pixie tangerine aromas balanced with a river rock minerality impart a smooth mouthfeel of these balanced flavors. Versatility of pairing from being enjoyed as an aperitivo to a pairing with meze platters, salads and seafood.
